The antimissionary claim about Isaiah 42 is that the servant is not an individual but a group and refers to all of Israel. This claim actually stands contrary to the Torah how Israel will be a witness to the nations and the outcome is that God is making a covenant with the pagan idolatrous nations, which is also contradictory to the Torah. Isaiah 42 actually refers to the servant as an individual who will save Israel and be a light to the nations.
