John 7:22–23
כב מֹשֶׁה נָתַן לָכֶם אֶת הַמִּילָה אֶלָּא שֶׁלֹּא מִמֹּשֶׁה הִיא כִּי אִם מִן הָאָבוֹת –– וְגַם בְּשַׁבָּת אַתֶּם מְקַיְּמִים אֶת הַמִּילָה. (ויקרא יב׳ ג׳//בראשית יז׳ י׳) כג וּבְכֵן, אִם נִמּוֹל אָדָם בְּשַׁבָּת כְּדֵי שֶׁלֹּא תּוּפַר תּוֹרַת מֹשֶׁה, עָלַי כּוֹעֲסִים אַתֶּם מִפְּנֵי שֶׁרִפֵּאתִי כָּלִיל אִישׁ בְּשַׁבָּת?
John 7:22–23
22 Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man. 23 If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day? (KJV)
Here is a continuation of the argument over Yeshua healing on the shabbat. Here in John 7:22-23 Yeshua used the command for circumcision to justify his interpretation of the Shabbat.
