3:2 Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision; (NASB)
There are parallels in the Torah to the concept of being wary of evil workers, as mentioned in Philippians 3:2. Examples may be taken from Deuteronomy 13:1-3 and 18:20-22, each speak of those who distort and twist God’s word for their own benefit. Moses gives us criteria for how to discern these false teachers.
