It is important to realize that obeying the Torah and following the teachings of the Messiah are interconnected concepts, and understanding their relationship is essential. The Torah provides a framework for righteous living and reflects God’s character and will. We also note Yeshua taught emphasizing love, compassion, forgiveness, and the kingdom of God. His teachings bring us to the heart and purpose of obeying the Torah. Obeying the Torah is not about legalism but about aligning our lives with God’s principles and walking in righteousness. Following the Messiah involves embracing the Torah’s true intent, to bring glory to God in heaven. Together, they lead us to a life of love, righteousness, and devotion to God and others. Obeying the Torah and following the teachings of the Messiah help us to understand that love, grace, and obedience intersect in our relationship with God. The Torah has not passed away!
