Here in Hebrews 1:12, the author of Hebrews quotes from the Torah Genesis 1:1, 2:1, and 21:33 and from the Psalms 102:25-27 in regard to God who Created the heavens and the earth. The author of Hebrews connects the creative power of God with the Messiah whom would sit at the right hand of God.
