Acts 15:20

Acts 15:20
15:20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. (KJV)

Acts 15:29
15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. (KJV)

1 Thessalonians 4:2–3
4:2 For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus. 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: (KJV)

The Torah addresses the issue of sexual relations outside of marriage, commonly referred to as fornication, in several passages. The prohibitions against such relationships are found in Leviticus 18, which lists forbidden sexual relationships, including adultery, incest, and other forms of illicit sexual conduct. Specifically, Leviticus 18:20 states, “You shall not lie carnally with your neighbor’s wife, to defile yourself with her,” which is a direct command against adultery. Additionally, the concept of sexual purity and the prohibition of fornication are emphasized throughout the Torah and are integral to Jewish law and ethics. Notice here it is commanded to not fornicate (Acts 15:20, 15:29, 1 Thessalonians 4:2-3), a Torah based concept that is being taught in the NT! The Torah has not passed away!
