Mark 6:56
ו:נו בְּכָל מָקוֹם שֶׁבָּא אֵלָיו, בַּכְּפָרִים אוֹ בֶּעָרִים אוֹ בָּעֲיָרוֹת, שָׂמוּ אֶת הַחוֹלִים בַּחוּצוֹת וּבִקְשׁוּ מִמֶּנּוּ שֶׁיַּנִּיחַ לָהֶם לִנְגֹּעַ וְלוּ רַק בִּכְנַף בִּגְדוֹ, (במדבר טו׳ לח׳) וְכָל הַנּוֹגְעִים בּוֹ נִרְפְּאוּ.
Here is a key point. Because, in this text the NT clearly records his Torah observance in terms of wearing tzitzit. It would be reasonable to assert and to make an educated guess that he would have surely sown Tefillin. Especially since the commandment of Tzitzit is closely related and associated with the Mezuzah and Tefillin. (Mark 6:56; Matthew 9:20; Luke 8:44)
